Job Title: Assistant Marketing Manager
We’re looking for a high-energy, aggressive, and results-driven Assistant Marketing Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to get things done.
This role requires a resourceful self-starter who’s not afraid to take initiative, challenge norms, and push boundaries to achieve real, measurable results. You must be tech-savvy, creative, and deeply knowledgeable about digital marketing trends, with a strong presence and strategy on social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategize & Execute: Strengthening brand awareness, driving store footfall and improving conversion rates.
Social Media Leadership: Managing and curating social media presence across all major platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn etc.) with engaging content and real-time interaction.
CRM Marketing: Supporting existing client engagement and retention initiatives and personalization strategies.
Partnerships & Events: Planning and executing marketing campaigns, such as in-store or brand events. Collaborations with malls, media and partners.
Brand Development: Ensure consistent brand messaging and tone across all channels, campaigns, and customer touchpoints.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales team teams to align marketing goals with overall business objectives.
Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of delivering growth and engagement.
Demonstrated success in managing and scaling social media accounts.
Strong network of industry contacts and influencers.
Highly resourceful and entrepreneurial mindset – aggressive approach to marketing
Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills. Hands-on experience with CRM and lifecycle marketing. Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, Tech-savvy.
