Job Responsibilities:
• Plan, implement & execute a comprehensive Digital Marketing and Social Media strategy to increase bookings and traffic to our food & beverage brands through social media platforms to boost brand awareness, drive engagement and foster a vibrant online community.
• Create visually appealing and relevant content for various social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok (Manna Pot Catering & The White Tiffin).
• Capture high quality images and videos of food, ambiance, and special events.
• Experiment with new features and post formats to keep the social media content fresh.
• Manage the social media calendar and day-to-day activities, including creating content, scheduling of posts, and engaging with our online community through responding to messages, comments and mentions in a timely and appropriate manner.
• Build the brands’ social media presence to drive engagement, brand awareness, and customer loyalty across various platforms.
• Measure and report performance of social media marketing campaigns.
• Keep up with social media trends, industry best practices, emerging platforms and monitor online conversations.
•Identify relevant influencers for potential collaboration, leveraging their expertise and influence to enhance content reach.
• Assist with planning and executing of marketing campaigns.
• Develop strong understanding of brand guidelines across all areas and ensuring implementation across all communication channels to meet brand standards.
• Develop SEM campaigns and strengthen organic SEO initiatives.
• Establish good working relationships with local and international media.
• Implementation of marketing partnership, public relations and promotional campaigns to create awareness, drive revenue
• Maintain current media lists: local and international travel, leisure, lifestyle, entertainment, business and food editors.
• Execute media placements for F&B restaurants and catering company through news releases and campaigns.
• Develop F&B promotions; release to press and/or target audience.
• Maintain the media gallery with up-to-date imagery and press releases.
• Regular update of restaurant/ catering website and all online sites to ensure accuracy and on brand.
• Establish Communications programs that will benefit F&B strategies and initiatives.
• Engaging with the Food and Beverage team in the development, strategizing collaboration in partnership leveraging the calendar of events. Offering creativity in partnership or promotion to drive F&B sales, with collaterals and promotions in place.
• Planning and execute partnerships, brand collaborations to maximise opportunities to promote F&B revenue.
• Manage and execute all printed, digitally, photography or communication for the restaurant/ catering company to be aligned with its brand standards.
• Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the assigned by the Management.
Work Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing Communications / Public Relations or 3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & Powerpoint.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly reliable in thorough execution and follow-through.
• Ability to work well in stressful & high-pressure situations.
• A team player & builder.
• Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
