Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored for the Singapore market, ensuring alignment with business objectives and financial targets.
Oversee and manage annual marketing budgets, tracking performance against set KPIs and conducting post-campaign evaluations for continuous improvement.
Act as the local market authority by analyzing consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive dynamics to inform strategic marketing decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create exceptional customer journeys, from initial engagement to ongoing relationships and retention.
Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget constraints, and optimal use of resources.
Lead the planning and execution of critical marketing campaigns, including setting performance metrics and creating insightful reports linking marketing efforts to business growth.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
A minimum of 8 years of relevant marketing experience, ideally within the FMCG or retail sectors.
Demonstrable success in developing and implementing performance-driven marketing strategies.
Strong analytical and project management skills, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, coupled with a goal-oriented and solution-focused mindset.
Adaptable and proactive, with the ability to thrive in a small, integrated team setting.
