Description

We are seeking a strategic and driven Assistant Manager / Senior Assistant Manager, Brand & Digital Communications to lead and execute high-impact brand and digital initiatives within a reputable higher education institution, strengthening visibility, positioning, and digital performance.

⏰ Mon- Thurs 8.30am-5.45pm, Fri 8.30am – 5.15pm



Key Responsibilities

• Support and drive brand positioning across campaigns and activations, ensuring consistency with organisational identity
• Conduct market research and analyse consumer behaviour, trends, and competitor activities to inform strategies
• Lead end-to-end execution of flagship brand initiatives, including stakeholder coordination, vendor management, and logistics planning
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver integrated, multi-channel campaigns
• Oversee development of marketing collateral and ensure alignment with brand guidelines
• Act as brand guardian for digital platforms, ensuring accurate, consistent, and SEO-optimised content
• Lead website-related projects, including revamps, content mapping, and user experience improvements
• Establish and maintain processes for ongoing website optimisation and performance tracking
• Manage key digital assets (website, intranet, social media) to ensure alignment with brand strategy
• Track and analyse campaign and digital performance, providing insights and recommendations
• Collaborate with data stakeholders to develop reports using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and HubSpot
• Support budget planning and monitoring for brand and digital initiatives



Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Minimum 5–6 years of experience in marketing, communications, or brand management
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into insights
• Results-driven, able to manage multiple projects under tight timelines
• Collaborative and adaptable team player
