Description
This role will be responsible for driving awareness, engagement and revenue through targeted marketing campaigns across ISCA’s programmes, initiatives and offerings. The person will oversee the full campaign lifecycle, from ideation and execution to post campaign analysis, while managing audience communications, campaign performance and marketing effectiveness through a data driven approach.
The role requires both strategic thinking and strong execution capabilities, with a good understanding of audience behaviour and digital marketing trends.
Job Description
Develop a deep understanding of our products, value propositions and target customer segments to craft clear and compelling marketing propositions.
Take end-to-end ownership of marketing campaigns, including ideation, managing campaign set-up and processes, monitoring performance, and post campaign analysis
Able to define key success factors and performance metrics for all activities and analyse results in the context of driving overall business KPIs.
Actively manage and optimize campaign ROI by monitoring performance metrics and adjusting spending or campaign to maximize returns.
Identify customer protection gaps through data analysis and translate insights into actionable opportunities by matching the right products to the appropriate channels to activate these customers.
Assess market trends and competitive landscape to bring an external perspective to campaign strategy and positioning.
Ensure accurate tracking and timely reporting of campaign revenue and spend, with disciplined management of budgets, including prompt submission of paperwork and invoices where applicable.
Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners such as AI sales agent to ensure campaigns are executed smoothly, compliantly, and effectively, to achieve campaign goals.
Be part of the process to strictly adhere to online creative guidelines.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in paid media, digital marketing, or performance marketing
Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Affiliate Platforms.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data. Familiarity with tracking tools such as Google Analytics.
Hands on experience with digital media buying, campaign optimisation and performance tracking
Highly analytical and structured in approach, with the ability to evaluate performance, identify gaps and improve processes.
Results-driven and open-minded, with a willingness to continuously test, learn and refine marketing strategies.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment, with strong prioritization and the flexibility to manage multiple campaigns concurrently.
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively across teams.
Strong interpersonal skills and effective at building trusting relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
