Description

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist in executing branding campaigns for both above-the-line and below-the-line activities.

  • Handle product advertising in social media and digital platforms.

  • Liaise with external vendors and work closely with inter-departments to ensure successful delivery of marketing projects.

  • Assist/lead in organizing and executing corporate events.

  • Assist/lead for Corporate Social Responsibility activities.

  • Provide support for internal & external communications.

  • Monitor of negative publicity/reputation risks.

  • Assist in all marketing initiatives to drive participation and achieve desired outcomes e.g. upselling & cross-selling.

  • Customer promotion management.

  • Handle product collaterals (in English & Chinese) mainly for life insurance & policy forms for general insurance.

  • Handle SEM for GI products and SEO with financial article creation with vendor.

  • Content creation for owned social media platforms.

  • Website content management & updates (in English & Chinese).

  • Handle corporate festive materials e.g. calendar, red packet.

  • Dissemination of notices/circulars from LIA and GIA.

  • Perform any other jobs as assigned by the HOD or Deputy HOD.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 5 years marcom experience, at least 3 years experience in life insurance

  • FLMI Professional qualification holder

  • Strong communication and influencing skills

  • Creative problem-solving skills

  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills

  • Good project management and digital marketing skills

  • Good command of written and verbal English and Chinese (as the role involves effective communication with English and Chinese speaking associates and preparation of assigned tasks in English and Chinese)

  • Life Insurance product knowledge as an added advantage

  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
