Key responsibilities


1. Campaign Management (AU)

  • Plan, execute and optimise AU eCommerce campaigns to improve revenue, conversion and product sell-through.

  • Partner with AU Marketing and key stakeholders (including BU owners) to shape the campaign calendar, prioritise high-impact initiatives, and deliver launches on time.

  • Build and optimise campaign landing pages, homepage placements, and content/creative updates to improve engagement and conversion.

  • Launch targeted offers and personalisation initiatives (Adobe Target or similar) to increase conversion, basket size and repeat purchase.

  • Monitor campaign performance and produce actionable reporting/insights (e.g., conversion, revenue contribution, uplift) to improve ROI.

  • Ensure end-to-end campaign and promotion setup accuracy across systems to reduce launch risk and protect customer experience/trust.

2. Cart Rules Management

  • Plan, create, update and maintain cart rules for multiple business units and partnerships.

  • Set up and test promotional mechanics including Gift with Purchase (GWP) and Purchase with Purchase (PWP).

  • Manage exclusion lists and ensure governance/clean-up of existing cart rules to prevent conflicts and errors.

3. Evergreen Campaigns

  • Create and manage promo codes for ongoing programs (e.g., HELLO5, HighFlyer, KrisFlyer, KrisShopper).


Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in eCommerce campaign management with clear commercial outcomes (revenue, conversion, AOV, repeat purchase).

  • Proven ability to run a campaign calendar across multiple stakeholders (Marketing, Category/BU owners) with strong prioritisation and delivery discipline.

  • Experience with personalisation/targeting tools (Adobe Target preferred; similar tools acceptable).

  • Working knowledge of content management platforms (Adobe Experience Manager/AEM preferred).

  • Strong analytical skills—able to interpret performance data and translate it into clear, actionable insights.

  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across internal teams and external partners.

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and timelines.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills for tracking and reporting.

  • Familiarity with the AU market is an advantage.

  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Commerce (Magento) for cart rules and promotional setup (preferred).

  • Working knowledge of analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics and Power BI) to track campaign performance and generate actionable insights.

  • Marketplace campaign experience is a plus.
