The Assistant Lead, Digital Strategy & Solutions plays a critical role in shaping, delivering, and scaling digital initiatives across MediaCorp's digital ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, product, technology, and business, supporting the Lead in driving high-impact digital solutions while owning end-to-end delivery of key workstreams.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can think strategically, execute pragmatically, and influence across functions in a media organisation.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
Support the development of digital strategies, roadmaps, and solution frameworks aligned to MediaCorp's business priorities (content, audience growth, monetisation, data, and platforms).
Translate high-level strategy into clear problem statements, business cases, and actionable initiatives.
Conduct market, platform, and capability assessments to identify gaps, opportunities, and scalability levers.
Solution Development & Delivery
Own and lead end-to-end delivery of assigned digital initiatives from discovery and definition through to launch and optimisation.
Work closely with product, engineering, data, UX, and vendors to design and implement scalable digital solutions.
Ensure solutions are user-centric, commercially viable, and technically feasible.
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Management
Act as a key liaison between business units, technology teams, content, and Partnerships.
Facilitate workshops, alignment sessions, and decision forums to drive clarity and momentum.
Manage stakeholder expectations while balancing speed, quality, and long-term sustainability.
Performance & Optimisation
Define success metrics, track performance, and drive continuous improvement post-launch.
Use data and insights to inform decisions, prioritisation, and iteration.
Identify risks early and proactively manage dependencies and trade-offs.
Team & Capability Building
Mentor junior team members and contribute to building strong strategy and delivery capability within the team.
Support the Lead in shaping team ways of working, frameworks, and best practices.
Step in as a trusted deputy when required, representing the function in forums and discussions.
Qualifications
Experience
6-9 years of experience in digital planning, product management, adtech, or digital transformation, preferably within media, technology, or platform-based organisations.
Proven experience delivering complex, cross-functional digital initiatives end-to-end.
Exposure to media platforms, OTT, adtech, martech, audience analytics, or large-scale digital ecosystems is a strong advantage.
