Responsibilities

  • Review & propose best-practices and enforce IT methodologies & protocols to ensure highest quality of services provided to end users and partners

  • Oversee IT support services to ensure issues are quickly responded, escalated and resolved in compliance with IT protocols

  • Build-up and manage team of IT support members across the region

  • Ensure smooth daily IT operations and monitor up/downtime of critical services

  • Build up runbooks and documentations to ensure proper knowledge transfer

  • Assist subsidiaries in their daily IT operations


Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or related studies with 8 years or more working experience, out of which more than 5 should be of similar capacity

  • Experience as a leader in team building, staff skill development, methodology formulation, training and monitoring

  • Hands-on experience in helpdesk ticketing systems like JIRA, ServiceNow, Microsoft Planner, or equivalent.

  • Good knowledge of IT auditing and compliance enforcement

  • Hands-on experience in desktop support, network infrastructure, Office 365, basic scripting, Microsoft products, Server room & facility health maintenance

  • Must have work experience managing team in Retail and/or F&B industry and understand the dynamic job nature within the industry

  • Good knowledge of IT store opening and renovation projects

  • Good knowledge of one or more of the following systems – POS, ERP, Business Intelligence, eCommerce

  • Knowledge or work experience in technical solutioning and development will be advantageous

  • Good communications and problem-solving skill

  • Team player and be independent in executing work-related jobs.

  • Proficient in written and spoken English. Ability to write and converse in Mandarin or French will be advantageous, for communicating with associates in our subsidiaries in France, China.
