As an Assistant Digital & Social Media Strategist, you are developing your craft in understanding audiences, shaping social-first ideas, and building campaign plans that resonate. You have a strong appreciation for social culture and an emerging ability to apply insights into practical, impactful recommendations.
You are curious, collaborative, willing to learn, and ready to contribute meaningfully while growing into larger strategic responsibilities.
An Emerging Insight Translator: You believe in the power of insights, and have worked with audience insights, platform behaviours, or cultural observations and apply them meaningfully into strategy. You may not lead insight mining yet, but you know how to use insights provided - and are learning how to uncover them independently
A Social Native: Social media is your playground - you understand platform nuances, content formats, and what makes audiences stop, scroll, and share
A Creative Explorer: You are excited by content possibilities, and you enjoy shaping social-first ideas through examples, trends, and creator-led storytelling

What You Will Do
Turn insights into actionable social strategies. Support in analyzing audience behavior, platform trends, and cultural signals - applying insights provided by analysts or gathered independently to shape social-first campaign plans, content frameworks, and recommendations
Develop and collaborate on social-first campaign plans. Lead the assembly of strategic plans for day-to-day briefs and co-develop larger or more complex strategies with senior strategists or analysts. Work closely with creatives, campaign managers, content creators, and talent agencies to translate strategy into compelling content concepts
Monitor performance, trends, and creators to drive continuous improvement. Track cultural moments, platform updates, and best-in-class content to surface strategic opportunities. Support post-campaign reviews to extract learnings and refine future strategies
Qualification
1 to 3 years in digital, social media, content, or marketing roles
Strong appreciation for social behavior, content dynamics, and platform trends
Ability to read and apply audience insights (qualitative or quantitative) into content planning
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable collaborating with a range of stakeholders including content creators and talent agencies
Bonus: experience with social listening tools, analytics platforms, or creator ecosystems
