Lead the development and execution of regional product strategies to drive growth in global markets. Turn insights into action and deliver measurable impact on the company’s business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead product planning across consumer insights, market sizing, new product development, and go-to-market strategies across multiple markets.

  • Strategic planning for assigned categories, balancing core products and new innovations.

  • Analyze sales, marketing, and research data to optimize the regional portfolio, streamline SKUs, and identify growth opportunities.

  • Integrate consumer insights, concept testing, and Home Use Test into product development to drive market success.

  • Monitor industry and competitor trends to refine product features and strengthen regional differentiation.

  • Partner with R&D on product and packaging design, ensuring feasibility, performance, and brand alignment.

  • Ensure products and claims are in line with regional regulatory and certification requirements.

  • Provide clear product direction and briefs to Brand and Digital Marketing teams on positioning and launch objectives.

  • Review and guide marketing deliverables to ensure alignment with product strategy and market needs.

  • Support regional rollout by enabling local teams with adaptable communication toolkits.

Requirements:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in a related field.

  • At least 3 years of experience in brand/product management in FMCG.
