Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm (Alternate sat 9am to 1pm - can work from home arrangements on sat)

What you’ll do
Handle daily air cargo bookings and airline capacity confirmations
Coordinate closely with customers, airlines, warehouses, and customs
Track shipments and keep customers updated
Ensure accurate booking data and support billing processes
Build strong customer relationships in a fast-moving environment
What we’re looking for
1–2 years of airfreight / co-loading / freight forwarding experience (No experience can apply too)
Comfortable with MS Office (Cargowise is a plus)
Organised, responsible, and detail-oriented
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
Willing to learn and thrive under tight timelines
