The Business Development and Partnerships teams at Shopee are dynamic and energetic. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.


Job Description:



  • Pipeline & Initiative Optimization: Evaluate the BD pipeline and strategic initiatives to ensure the team is laser-focused on high-impact partnerships and revenue-generating opportunities.

  • Deal Flow & Execution Mastery: Drive the end-to-end partnership lifecycle. Hold owners accountable to ensure deals close and integrations launch on schedule—doing whatever it takes to hit growth targets.

  • Cross-Functional Ops Synergy: Work hand-in-hand with the Operations team to bridge the gap between "the deal" and "the execution." You don't just sign partners; you stay on the front lines to troubleshoot operational bottlenecks and ensure a smooth rollout.

  • On-site Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve "boots on the ground" issues. Whether it’s a technical glitch or a process breakdown, you dive into the front-line reality to fix problems in real-time.

  •  Design and deliver high-stakes pitch decks and business cases for senior leadership. You can turn a mess of operational data into a clean, persuasive presentation.


Requirements:



  • 3–5+ years of experience in PMO, Project Management, or Operations with a focus on "getting things done."

  • Exceptional skills in PowerPoint, Google Slides. You can turn a mess of data into a clean, persuasive presentation

  • Ability to present confidently to executives and facilitate meetings with diverse groups.
