Join our team for a dynamic outsourced project. We are seeking proactive and detail-oriented individuals to support the organization’s customer experience initiatives, marketing campaigns, and departmental administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Experience and Administrative Support
Support the administration of customer satisfaction portals and customer experience dashboards
Process new user account creation requests and amendments to existing user access
Maintain documentation related to onboarding, user access, and audit records
Assist in preparing monthly audit and reporting materials
Support basic troubleshooting and coordination for portal access-related matters
Perform basic customer satisfaction analysis and reporting using Excel, Power BI, or AI tools
Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather inputs related to customer experience improvements
Consolidate presentation materials and prepare meeting decks
Coordinate meeting schedules, room bookings, presentation facilities, and IT support arrangements
Prepare meeting minutes, presentation notes, and send email meeting notifications
Support onboarding activities for new hires including IT account setup and access coordination
Maintain and update department intranet content, shared resources, and shared mailboxes
2. Marketing and Campaign Support
Assist in the planning, coordination, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns
Coordinate campaign deliverables with internal stakeholders, agencies, and vendors
Review and proofread campaign materials for accuracy and consistency
Support website content updates and digital campaign setup activities such as eDM, SMS campaigns and A/B testing etc
Assist with artwork adaptations and design edits using Canva, Photoshop, or Adobe Illustrator
Support marketing research, survey collation, and report preparation
Generate and analyze GA4 reports to monitor digital campaign and asset performance
Review KOL/influencer profiles and prepare evaluation summaries for campaign suitability aligned with organization’s branding and objectives
Support procurement and finance administrative processes including sourcing quotations, purchase orders, invoice processing, and documentation
Liaise with vendors on production, delivery, and installation of marketing collaterals
Maintain project records, budget trackers, delivery timelines and locations, partnership deliverables, SOP documentation etc
General Administrative Support
Maintain proper filing, documentation, and project coordination records
Support departmental administrative operations and ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Diploma qualifications or above in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines
Minimum 1 – 2 years of relevant experience in administrative support, customer experience, marketing, or related functions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
Prior work experience with Power BI, Canva, Photoshop, and/or Adobe Illustrator, GA4 will be an advantage.
Good interpersonal and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time, Contract
Contract Period: 24 months
Working Time:
Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 6.00pm
