Job Description

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the General Manager.

  • Assist in daily tasks across HR, administration, and e-commerce functions.

  • Draft, review, and implement documents and internal communications.

  • Coordinate and facilitate communication between internal teams and external parties.

  • Ensure smooth information flow and coordination within the organization.

  • Manage and complete assigned administrative tasks efficiently and accurately.

  • Prepare reports, documents, and presentations using Microsoft Office tools.

  • Support cross-functional coordination and project execution.

  • Handle ad-hoc duties and assignments as required by management.

  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all tasks.

Job Requirements

  • At least Diploma

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.

  • Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

  • Good document writing and administrative skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle tasks independently.

  • Positive attitude with strong initiative and willingness to learn.
