Description
We are seeking a dedicated and organised Administrative Assistant (Inventory & E-commerce) to join our team.
This role will support both inventory operations and e-commerce activities, ensuring accurate stock management and smooth coordination of online order fulfilment.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate inventory records and perform data entry in the inventory management system
Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to support inventory and e-commerce operations
Process delivery orders and stock transfers to assigned outlets in a timely and accurate manner
Support e-commerce order processing, including order verification, fulfilment coordination, and tracking updates
Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies to ensure inventory accuracy
Prepare and process price tag labelling (costing / stock-in)
Monitor stock levels and assist in replenishment planning for both retail and online channels
Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations
Requirements:
