Responsibilities 

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the department and its professionals.
  • Maintain accurate records, manage filing systems, and handle purchasing activities, including online procurement.
  • Coordinate goods receipt, dispatch, and related logistics operations.
  • Support and assist in the coordination of departmental projects and activities.
  • Carry out duties under general supervision while demonstrating initiative and independent judgment.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks and additional responsibilities as assigned.
 
Requirements
  • At least three years of experience in office administration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Quick learner with the ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn new skills and responsibilities.
  • Familiar with online procurement platforms, including Taobao and other e-commerce sites.
