Period required: 1 Jul – 25 Sep/ 10 Jul– 25 Sep / 1 Aug – 25 Sep
Able to commit Weekends and Public Holidays, off days based on schedule
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative duties, including filing, documentation, coordination, and maintaining organized records for daily operations.
- Handle inventory data entry and stock updates accurately, ensuring proper monitoring and reporting of inventory movement.
- Prepare and manage Delivery Orders (DO), invoices, and delivery-related documentation while coordinating with suppliers, customers, and logistics teams.
- Assist in the preparation and arrangement of greeting cards, packaging inserts, and customer-related materials as required.
- Manage daily Shopee operations, including product listing updates, order processing, customer inquiries, shipment coordination, and monitoring platform performance.
- Maintain accurate records using computer applications and systems, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry, tracking, and basic inventory reporting.
- Support overall office and operational functions to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and data entry systems.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and reporting is preferred.
- Able to multitask, work independently, and manage time effectively.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Familiar with Shopee Seller Centre operations and online order management.
- Prior administrative or e-commerce experience will be an added advantage.
