Description

Duration of Contract: 6 months

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project timelines, meetings, and follow up on action items.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, business reviews, and project documentation.

  • Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to support daily business operations.

  • Track promotional submissions, product listings, marketing plans, and commercial deliverables.

  • Provide administrative support for category management, including data consolidation and meeting coordination.

  • Support business projects, events, roadshows, and new product or brand launches within the Commercial Health portfolio.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 year of relevant administrative or coordination experience; experience in the Retail or FMCG industry is an advantage.

  • Proactive, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) and PowerPoint.

  • Basic data analysis skills and experience creating automated templates or dashboards are advantageous.
