Description
• Run daily office operations — maintenance, supplies, and the first point of contact for office matters
• Generate and issue client invoices; follow up on receivables to support timely collection
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with drivers, couriers, and overseas suppliers
• Source and liaise with suppliers locally and overseas; compare quotations and manage orders
• Maintain organised documentation and filing systems (physical and digital)
• Support HR administration — work permits, overtime calculations, MOM/IRAS enquiries
• Manage inventory across multiple brands and process e-commerce orders (Shopify, Amazon)
• Verify supplier bills and prepare payment submissions
