We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and not afraid to get hands-on.
What You’ll Be Doing
This is not a typical admin job.
You will play a key role in operations, marketing, and lead conversion.
📩 Admin & Coordination
Reply to WhatsApp, calls, and email enquiries
Schedule site visits and appointments
Coordinate with clients, workers, and suppliers
Documentation & Sales Support
Prepare quotations and invoices (templates provided)
Follow up with clients on quotations
Track leads and update simple CRM system
Content & Marketing (Important)
Visit project sites to take photos/videos (before & after)
Post content on Facebook / Instagram
Upload projects to platforms
👉 If you enjoy taking photos/videos, this role will suit you very well
Basic Finance Tracking for Projects
Track payments received
Follow up on outstanding invoices
What We’re Looking For
Organised and responsive (fast replies are important) Follow up is very important internally as well***
Comfortable going to sites (landed houses / condos)
Able to multitask and work independently
Creative Mind and comfortable with photo/video editing software
IMPORTANT (Read Before Applying)
This role requires:
Going to site to take photos/videos
Handling multiple tasks daily
Communicating with clients

Bonus if you have
Experience in renovation / construction
Experience in social media posting
Customer service or sales background
