Job Description
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone to establish and build upon the trust that we have fostered with our Partners and Merchants
You will work directly with the design team to ensure the prompt delivery of key deliverables and serve as the primary point of contact to our external stakeholders
What are you supposed to do?
Acquire a thorough understanding of our Partners’ needs and requirements to develop and/or expand the relations by proposing solutions that meet their objectives
Serve as the primary contact between Partners and internal team
Promptly resolve issues and/or problems faced by our Partners
Prepare weekly progress and forecast reports to internal stakeholders
