Job Summary
As an Account Manager, you will drive business growth in Singapore and Malaysia by acquiring new customers through proactive outreach and collaboration with strategic partners.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities and business prospects to expand market presence
- Develop and grow a database of leads and prospects through direct efforts and marketing collaboration
- Conduct cold calls and email campaigns to generate leads, referrals, and customer interest
- Respond promptly to prospect enquiries by providing relevant product and service information and solutions
- Analyze customers’ business needs, challenges, and objectives to tailor sales approaches
- Deliver sales presentations and conduct initial product demos to engage prospects
- Coordinate with product consultants to arrange in-depth product demonstrations
- Prepare detailed sales proposals and guide prospects through proposal walkthroughs
- Organize and run product webinars and events to showcase solutions and generate interest
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Business, or IT from a reputable institution
- Experience in cloud software sales with a proven sales track record
- Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills, especially with C-level executives
- Self-motivated with a blend of startup spirit, business acumen, and technical savvy
- Diligent, eager to learn, and able to collaborate effectively within teams
