Position: Account Manager


Employment Type: Full-time


About the Role :


The Account Manager will serve as the primary bridge between our clients and internal teams. You will own day-to-day client relationships, translating business requirements and briefs into actionable digital marketing, creative, and content strategies. Balancing both analytical rigor and creative insight, you will oversee digital performance tracking while simultaneously collaborating with internal teams to build comprehensive digital marketing setups and conceptualize high-impact key visuals.

Key Responsibilities


1. Client Management & Multidisciplinary Briefing


Day-to-Day Relationship Management:


- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, nurturing strong, trusted relationships through consistent communication, updates, and expectation management.


Brief Interpretation & Strategy:


- Receive, dissect, and manage client briefs and business requirements. Strategize tailored solutions that align client goals across digital marketing, content, and creative outputs.


Multidisciplinary Briefing:


- Translate client requirements into comprehensive, actionable briefs for internal teams:


Digital Marketing Briefs:


- Defining target audiences, media channels, campaign objectives, tracking parameters, and budget allocations.


Creative & Content Briefs:


- Outlining tone of voice, copy guidelines, design aesthetics, and multimedia specifications.


Internal Collaboration & Conceptualization:


- Partner closely with internal creative and performance teams to brainstorm, strategize, and conceptualize key visuals and campaign assets that best communicate the client's message.


2. Digital and Customer Research


Market & Industry Analysis:


-Conduct in-depth research on market, industry, and customer trends across digital channels to identify strategic opportunities for optimizing digital initiatives.


Behavioral Analysis:


-Perform comprehensive customer behavior analysis across digital engagement platforms (Websites, Ads, Social Media) to derive actionable insights that drive digital growth.


Persona Development:


-Identify potential customer segments and personas to drive precise targeting and personalization within broader digital marketing strategies.


3. Digital Performance Tracking & Optimization


KPI Monitoring:


-Monitor and track key digital performance KPIs across media channels and digital campaigns, including website traffic quality, lead generation, conversion rates, cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and return-on-investment (ROI).


Dashboard Management:


-Develop and manage automated dashboards (utilizing Excel, LookerStudio, etc) to provide stakeholders with real-time, transparent visibility into digital performance.


Campaign Optimization:


-Collaborate closely with relevant internal stakeholders to optimize digital campaign messaging, channel effectiveness, media spend, and creative content based on performance data.


4. Insights and Reporting


Data Evaluation:


-Utilize Google Analytics, Digital Ad Platforms, Social Listening, Consumption Analytics to evaluate digital campaign performance, providing actionable and data-proven insights to drive efficiency and continuous optimization.


Strategic Recommendations:


-Transform analytical findings into clear, actionable business recommendations to maximize digital performance, target audience engagement, lead generation, and customer conversion rates.


Post-Campaign Evaluation:


-Lead post-campaign evaluations to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing and creative strategies against established benchmarks and business objectives.


Stakeholder Presentation:


-Prepare comprehensive Digital Performance reports and presentations to communicate insights supporting digital strategy development, decision-making, and business planning for clients.


Requirements & Qualifications


Experience: 3–5 years of account management experience within a full-service digital marketing, advertising, or integrated creative agency.


Skills:  Exceptional communication skills with the ability to confidently present ideas to clients and brief internal creative/digital teams. Must understand how paid media, content strategy, and design intersect.


Tools: Proficiency in multi-ad platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, Programmatic DSPs, Google Analytics, Social Listening, and project management tools.
