Position: Account Management Executive (Beauty & Wellness)
Salary: Up to $3,500
Contract: 1-year renewable (subject to performance)
About the Role
We are looking for a driven and commercially minded individual to support merchant acquisition and account management within the Beauty & Wellness category. This role combines business development, relationship management, and operational coordination to drive sales growth and enhance merchant performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Merchant Acquisition
Drive end-to-end merchant acquisition including prospecting, pitching, and negotiations
Manage onboarding process through to contracting and renewals
Develop and implement promotional strategies with merchants
2. Account Management
Own sales performance and targets for assigned merchants
Act as the main point of contact for merchant relationships
Analyse performance and propose growth strategies (e.g. product expansion, campaigns, partnerships)
Build strong, long-term partnerships with merchants
3. Business & Operations
Conduct performance analysis and support monthly reporting
Resolve operational issues related to listings, orders, logistics, and payments
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to drive business outcomes
4. Profitability & Growth
Monitor and manage merchant contribution margin (CM)
Identify and implement new initiatives to drive revenue growth
Requirements
Degree holder with 1–3 years of relevant experience
Experience in Business Development, eCommerce, or marketplace platforms is preferred
BD/Account Management internship experience may be considered
Strong communication and presentation skills
Existing industry network in Beauty & Wellness is an advantage
