Established in 1986, Alan Photo Pte Ltd is a well-established name in Singapore’s photography industry. We serve both enthusiasts and professionals through our retail stores, extensive lens offerings, and dedicated studio facilities.

We are looking for a Finance & Admin Executive who is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn. This role offers a well-rounded exposure to finance operations and administrative functions, working closely with both finance and sales teams.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate billing and smooth payment processing


• Assist in accounts receivable audits by preparing supporting documentation and reports


• Perform daily closing activities and bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records


• Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document management


• Assist in month-end closing processes and preparation of financial reports


• Support invoicing functions and perform basic finance-related duties as assigned


• Collaborate with the sales team to prepare and maintain e-commerce sales reports


• Process and manage credit note requests, ensuring proper documentation and approvals


• Post accounting entries in the ERP system based on bank statements and supporting documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness


• Assist in filing and maintaining suppliers’ invoices and delivery orders


• Retrieve suppliers’ invoices and delivery orders to support payment processing


• Support general administrative duties and handle ad hoc tasks as required

• Adaptable to change, especially with upcoming ERP system upgrades

  Location: Ubi (10-minute walk from Tai Seng MRT)


• 
  Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30am – 6:30pm
