Key Responsibilities
1. Regional Brand Strategy & Vision
Define and implement the long-term marketing strategy for the Zone, aligned with global brand priorities.
Ensure the brand aesthetic excellence, create indie way of working
Identify white spaces and growth opportunities in the makeup segment.
2. Product Excellence & Launch Management
Lead the regional launch calendar, ensuring all product drops are synchronized and impactful.
Provide feedback to Global on regional product needs, shades, and textures specifically relevant to the Zone’s demographics.
Oversee the "Go-to-Market" strategies for hero franchises, ensuring 360-degree integration across all touchpoints.
3. Digital-First Consumer Engagement
Lead the digital transformation strategy, focusing on Social Commerce, TikTok/Instagram trends, and influencer ecosystems.
Foster loyal tribes of 3CE advocates across the region.
Collaborate with the E-commerce team to optimize the consumer journey and drive conversion on key platforms (e.g., Tmall, Shopee, Lazada, or Sephora online).
4. Consumer Insights & Data Analytics
Leverage data to understand consumer beauty behaviors in the Zone.
Monitor market trends, competitor moves, and K-beauty evolution to keep 3CE ahead of the curve.
5. Stakeholder Management & Team Leadership
Act as the primary point of contact global, align on guidance, assets, and strategic support.
Foster a culture of "Entrepreneurial Agility" within the regional team.
Professional Profile & Competencies
Experience: 10+ years in marketing leadership, ideally within Beauty, Fashion, or Lifestyle sectors. Experience with "Indie" or high-growth brands is a significant plus.
K-Beauty Sensitivity: A deep appreciation for Korean beauty trends, aesthetics, and the "K-wave" cultural phenomenon.
Strategic Agility: Ability to pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a long-term strategic focus.
Digital Mastery: Expert knowledge of social media algorithms, influencer marketing, and the evolving E-commerce landscape.
Creative Eye: A strong sense of aesthetics and the ability to judge creative content through the lens of the brand’s edgy identity.
Collaborative Leadership: Strong interpersonal skills to navigate the matrix between Global, Zone, and Local teams.
