We are looking for digital ambassadors around your GRCs, to teach/guide the community how to use digital apps.

Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

• Teach/Guide the community in Singapore on digital apps through 1:1, class room, small or large group settings, webinars, using Zoom, Singpass, What's app, Paynow and Paylah. Have a good knowledge of common scams or cybersecurity.

• Prompt follow up and administration work.

• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Possesses the ability to teach digital skills to seniors

• Able to withstand long standing and walking.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Approachable, empathetic and patient personality.

• Good team player, and able to interact with people from all walks of life.

  
  

*No experience but passionate to coach and equip seniors with basic digital skills welcome

Salary & Working Hours: 

• Any 5 Days from Monday - Sundays

• 8.5 hours per day between 8am - 10pm (Up to 44 hours per week)

• Medical and Annual Leaves

• Yearly contract (Able to renew or extend)
